Help Logging into Zoom

If you are brand new to Zoom, here is a video that will show you how to log on to our class. As you’ll see, you can join from a variety of devices. If you want to test your Internet connection and device ahead of time, you can do that here: https://www.zoom.us/test. If new technology makes you nervous, please download Zoom ahead of time and maybe even recruit a friend to help you.

If you need help, Zoom has several helpful videos, as well as live support that I’ve found very responsive. Head here for help.

If worst comes to worst, you can always use a phone to call in, though you won’t be able to see any images or type in questions. If you’re joining by an old fashioned phone call (not through the Zoom app on a smart phone), you can mute or unmute yourself by pressing *6. You can raise your hand by pressing *2.
